Welcome to Launch My Store, a service provided by Digitie Marketing, LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your use of our offerings, including our coaching services, risk-free guarantee, done-for-you solutions, and other related services (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is integrated into this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease use of our Services immediately.

This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and Launch My Store. Please read these Terms carefully. Your acceptance also acknowledges the binding Arbitration Clause in Section 15, waiving your right to a jury trial and participation in class actions.

  • Third-Party Subcontractors: To improve our services, we may use subcontractors like Sales Kick, a platform we employ to process and enrich your data under our direction.
  • Service Availability: While we strive for continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion.
User Obligations and Conduct
  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all relevant laws, including privacy, data protection, and intellectual property laws.
  • Account Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your Account and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities through our Services.
Data Privacy and User Consent
  • Data Collection: We collect and process your data as part of providing our Services, which may include both direct and automatic data collection, as well as data from third-party sources.

  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, subject to the rules of the chosen arbitration institution.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Launch My Store.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.
